Choosing the right furniture is important from the point of view of healthy sitting and efficient working. All Salli furniture has been designed to work together. Tables are height-adjustable and they have a socket that supports the body.
Choosing the saddle chair
Salli Saddle Chairs come with a divided seat (Twin, SwingFit, Swing, MultiAdjuster, Professional) or with a solid seat (Classic). The latter is only recommended for women. All chairs are easily height-adjustable with a gas cylinder. MultiAdjuster has wider range of adjustments: also the width of the middle gap and the inclination of the seat can be adjusted. For normal office use for both genders, we mainly recommend Swing or Twin. SwingFit or MultiAdjuster are suitable for those who have time to adjust the chair correctly.
Of all the chair models, Professional is the most suitable, e.g. for laboratories, because of its cleaning possibilities (polyurethane cover or disinfectable leather).
The height of the chair can be easily adjusted by the gas cylinder of which three different lengths are available. We recommend the short gas cylinder for persons under 160 cm, the medium one for persons of 160–180 cm and the long one for those over 180 cm. If the chair will be used by several persons, we recommend the medium gas cylinder. The gas cylinder is available in black and chromium.
Each chair is made according to your own taste. All chairs come with the standard aluminium base and gas cylinder, either black or chrome, and 65 mm diameter castors. Choosing the table
The user sits higher in a saddle chair than in a traditional office chair. Therefore, the table also needs to be higher to enable the sitter to keep the back in the right position. It is also highly recommended to stand in front of table for part of the working day. All Salli tables have a socket that enables the user to get support under the elbows.
All Salli tables are height-adjustable, either electronically or mechanically. Desks are available in different sizes; big office desks (Manager, Comfort) and smaller desks (Compact, Student, School Desk). For certain desks (Student), a separate monitor table is also available.
Accessories
The Salli product family has several accessories that improve ergonomics. Elbow support and Ergorest hand supports are good for health care (e.g. dentistry, ultra sound working), where static strain causes upper limb and shoulder problems.
Foot supports and the foot support ring are for situations where the feet don't get the support from the ground (cashier working). Salli also has accessories for industrial needs. Fire and waterproof seat covers are also available. Different paws (glides) and castors are available for demanding environments (antistatic, hairdresser, industrial).
