How to avoid flu?
To avoid people in order to prevent flu does not work, but there are ways to stay healthy.
During the flu season, many carriers or the disease don’t have any symptoms themselves. Therefore, staying home and avoiding people are not worth it. Washing hands reasonably often and coughing into a handkerchief can help a little. In practice, enough infectious viruses float in the air to infect anybody with poor immune response.
The main way of preventing flu is to improve the immune response, i.e. resistance.
I haven’t had flu for years and I know also other people with good lifestyles with the same results.
The main things are the following:
A good sleep during the right time (22.00 - 06.00 or not more than one hour later) is most important. Sleeping conditions also esssential. By air conditioning or ventilation you’ll have fresh air all night, no clothes, no screens and work, getting calm before going to bed, etc. will also be crucial.
Another thing is to walk at least 7,000 steps or to exercise the corresponding amount. Without exercise, the body does not work properly.
Diet and nutrition are also important. A diet rich in fiber and vegetables, low carbs, but plenty of good fats and good protein without empty calories is important. Without vitamin D levels above 100 nmol one cannot dream of good resistance (= 100-125 mcg vit D / day). Other nutritional deficiences are removed by taking a couple of good multivitamin pills and 1 g of fish oil per day. Unfortunately, the food is poor and does not include the optimum amount of nutrients. That's why cattle livestock eat a lot of nutritional supplements.
The intestine produces approximately 80% of the cells the immune response generates. Therefore, intestinal well-being and flow rate are in key position. In addition to the high amount of fiber, exercise and sitting in a good posture and moving a little while sitting really works.
The two-part swinging saddle chair as a work chair gives the intestine the activity it needs to speed up the important flow that keeps the health of the intestinal bacteria strong.
