Why you don’t lose weight by eating vegetables
Actually, for good nutrition about a kilo of vegetables, including seeds, is needed.
The Finns gain weight from sugar, potatoes, cereal products, industrial fats, alcohol, lack of fiber, and nutritional deficiencies, which will increase one’s urge to over-eat.
Already approx. 1/3 of children are overweight, and more than half of the adults. Everyone can see with their own eyes that among the working-age population those who have ideal weight are a minority.
No more obesity and intestinal inflammations: Suitable amounts of protein, a lot of good greasy dishes without a lot of starchy carbs, with oils and vegetables. Seeds are sprinkled on all foods so that their amount reaches 100 g of daily fiber consumption.
A calorie is not a calorie in food. Vegetable-based greasy dishes make you lose weight and junk food rich in grain and sugar makes you gain weight.
