Super leaders optimize their work efficiency

Making the use of one’s time more effective is interesting, fruitful and challenging.

Good health, where time is not wasted on being sick or tired, is the most important thing. This is easily done after one familiarizes oneself with certain things.

It is very important to eat health foods that are very rich in fiber, nutritious and preferably organic, and in addition take supplements suitable for your age and body.

High amount of fiber (100 g) allows the intestinal bacteria to make so much serotonin that the "excess" goes to the brain and makes the mood optimistic and hopeful.

Nutrients and antioxidants that nourish and balance the brain are also very effective and important in optimizing. The program costs a couple of thousand euros a year but makes you tremendously more effective.

It is useless to exercise in excess.

Soothing health exercises, preferably in nature, in the form of walking and walking up and down the stairs, as well as some strengthening exercises are enough for good health and maximum work efficiency. When two people are having a meeting it can be done during walking, or in stairs, in "walk & talk” style.

The level of muscular strength can be maintained by using kettlebells, dumbbells, etc. in the office or social premises. They can be used for a few minutes at a time during calls or negotiations, without disturbing  intellectual brain functions.

If you are optimizing your use of time and work efficiency you should also take care of ergonomics. The usual 90/90 sitting is absolutely inefficient and makes you sick, because the micro fluctuations in the brain and elsewhere in the body deteriorate because of the poor and strained posture.

It's most sensible to stand for 10-30 % of the time, 15-20 minutes at a time, walk when speaking if possible, and the rest of the time to sit on a high-quality two-part swinging saddle chair in front of an electrical table, with pads under the elbows and monitors at the eye level.

Afore-mentioned good ergonomics increases work efficiency by 20-40 % which is very valuable not only to managers but to all of us.
