What is good for the brain?

It is proved that a noisy environment with a lot of stimuli and a constant stressful flow of information is bad for the brain health.

People should be smart enough to close all the fuss for hours, including internet, TV, music, radios, etc., and be in therapeutic silence resting their brain.

Nutrition is also a protective factor. In fact, people eat mostly ready-to-eat food that has lost most of the vitamins in processing and to which (harmful) additives have been added.

The urban man who doesn’t consume that much energy gets all the protective nutrients for his brain from good natural food and supplements.

100 mcg of vitamin D, 1 g of Omega3 plus multivitamin with e.g. 150 mcg of iodine, 1 mg vitamin B 12, 5 mg of vitamin B6 and folic acid is sufficient. Also the effects of large (100 g) amounts of fiber restrain stress.
