No anti-aging pill exists - except Vitamin D

All chemical medicines burden the liver and increase liver cancer. Really healthy food and sensible supplements don’t do that.

A pill for preventing getting old has already been invented. Vitamin D.

It is actually a hormone which controls more than 100 genes. A good amount (120-150 nmol / blood, i.e. 100-150 mcg orally) affects effectively the condition of the brain, intestine, joints and heart, as well as prevents dozens of different types of cancers.

Good sleep, non-stressful life, exercise, nutrition, supplements, relaxation, sex, and preventing chemicals and addiction to SOME and narcotics effectively prevent the current lifestyle diseases, and it doesn’t cost much.

The government could make a number of laws that would control and prevent the current consumption habits; they would also improve the national health and we could easily save the whole 7 billion of the sustainability gap. Today, treating diseases costs approx. 20 billion.

The number of healthy years in Finland (until regular medication) has been declining for over a decade, much to the joy of the pharmaceutical industry. Obesity diseases, tumors, intestinal disorders, thyroid problems, mental illnesses and brain disorders (depression, memory disorders, AHDH, schizophrenia, Asperger), degenerative joint diseases, and autoimmune diseases are all on the rise at an alarming and costly speed.

It is just idealism to believe that a pill would eliminate effects caused by poor lifestyle.

The news (about an anti-aging pill) is a part in the series of "promising future anti-cancer drugs"; those image and lobbying advertisements have been around since the 1970s.

No medical breakthrough is not even in sight to cure cancer or lifestyle diseases, despite the investment of hundreds of billions.
