How to avoid flu?

Diet and nutrition are also important. A diet rich in fiber and vegetables, low carbs, but plenty of good fats and good protein without empty calories is important. Without vitamin D levels above 100 nmol one cannot dream of good resistance (= 100-125 mcg vit D / day). Other nutritional deficiences are removed by taking a couple of good multivitamin pills and 1 g of fish oil per day. Unfortunately, the food is poor and does not include the optimum amount of nutrients. That's why cattle livestock eat a lot of nutritional supplements.

The intestine produces approximately 80% of the cells the immune response generates. Therefore, intestinal well-being and flow rate are in key position. In addition to the high amount of fiber, exercise and sitting in a good posture and moving a little while sitting really works.
