Sourmilk and yogurt make a healthy snack

Buttermilk is close to sugar-free organic yogurt that as a fatter product is also a better health product.

The beneficial bacteria in yoghurt heals gastric microbiota and thus increases immunity and brain health, and improves your mood.

If yogurt contains sugar (usually 8 % or 80 g sugar / liter, which increases blood sugar to diabetical levels) the health impact, of course, goes to the drain.

Yogurt / buttermilk makes a healthy and fiber-rich snack that keeps hunger away if you add to it e.g. sunflower, hemp and other seeds, berries, nuts or some dried fruit and a dash of good cold-pressed (no rapeseed) oil.
