Microplastics Are Dangerous

Nano- and microplastics have been scientifically proven to increase EDCs (endocrine-disrupting chemicals), which interfere with hormone function. The rise of these chemicals is linked to the decline in men’s health and the increasing prevalence of chronic conditions such as obesity and mild thyroid dysfunction.

The number of live sperm cells in men’s semen is now less than one-fifth of what it was 60 years ago, and testosterone levels have dropped accordingly. This decline has led to an increase in feminine traits among men, which likely affects both gender identity and hormonal health.

Researchers suggest that the decline in romance, sex, and birth rates is largely due to hormonal disruption. They also link it to the rise of muscular lesbians in sports and strength disciplines. In spring 2022, Professor and veteran hormone health researcher Shanna Swan published a groundbreaking book on the EDC issue, “Count Down”.

Living with minimal exposure to chemicals and plastics significantly reduces risk. Maintaining a well-functioning gut with high fiber intake and sweating regularly can help remove some harmful chemicals from the body.
