ORDERING
Customer ordering products from webshop has to be over 18 years old. All the product prices and delivery charges include VAT.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees required by their customs services, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Salli Systems has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the User should contact the respective local customs office for further information.
PAYMENT
Payment in the webshop with credit card (if outside Finland, only valid option) and in Finland Finnish banks.
DELIVERY
Products are delivered only to EU countries. Products, if in stock, will be delivered in 7-14 work days depending of the shipping destination. If we would be out of stock, we will inform this to the customer as soon as possible.
DELIVERY COSTS
Deliery costs according to the product/s and destination. The cost will be shown before payment.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
The customer is entitled to return items within 30 days (outlet and campaign products within 14 days) of receiving the item/items, not including the day of delivery. In case of cancellation of the order, or returning the product, please contact info(at)salli.com BEFORE returning the items.

Register contains information about the name, address, phone number, e-mail address and information about the ordering process.

Information given by a person by the time of registration or the time of ordering.
1.6 Transfer of information
Salli Systems does not transfer information contained in the register to third parties.
The information provided to us will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
1.7 Data protection guidelines
Gathered information is stored in intra/salli.com databases which are protected by passwords and other technical measures. The servers are located in locked and protected rooms. Access to the information is based on personal usernames and passwords.
1.8 Right to prohibit
The registered person has the right to prohibit all use of his/hers information for marketing or selling purposes. The prohibition must be made in writing and sent to the person in charge of the register.
1.9. Right to inspect
The User has the right to examine, change and delete information about him/herself from the register.
1.10. Revision of information
The registry will set straight, delete or add to any personal data in the register that concerning the usage is faulty, unnecessary, inadequate, or out of date. This will be done unprompted or by the demand by the registered person who must contact the registrar.
