The testosterone levels have halved – what effects does that have

The decline in testosterone levels by half in just two generations is an extremely serious issue and a factor that changes things in terms of men’s hormonal, reproductive, and sexual health decline, affecting societies as a whole. The shortage of babies and the deterioration of healthy sexuality alone distort the demographic structure and social health of society.

The root causes of testosterone decline should be urgently sought with significant resources. One reason is undoubtedly the decreased physical activity and increased sitting of men, where sitting causes the blood and nerve pathways leading to the testicles to become compressed and function poorly.

A simple and effective preventive measure for this is sitting on a two-part swinging saddle chair. The middle gap, together with loose-fitting pants around the hips, prevents veins from clogging, and the rocking micro-movement promotes essential fluid circulation throughout the lower back and pelvic region.
