What disturbes cerebral circulation apart from the tie?

10.07.2018

Sitting in a poor posture disturbs the cerebral circulation and increases the risk of brain diseases.

In a poor posture the head is bent or too much in the front, and the tight neck muscles press the large veins that go to the brain.

The solution is a two-part saddle chair that adapts to your movements and keeps the posture good; then the head is straight and neck muscles relaxed. Also the genital area and the internal organs above the pelvis benefit from good posture. The gap in the seat removes pressure and thus any disturbances to the circulation from the pelvic area.

The third way to revitalize cerebral circulation is to use a pillow that only supports the skull but does not press the neck.
