What is the reason for declined birth rates?

The decline in birth rates is primarily due to hormonal disruption, caused mainly by endocrine disturbing chemicals (EDCs) with other factors such as digital devices also playing a role.

Another significant reason is the increasing sedentary lifestyle. Traditional chairs nearly cut off the flow to men’s genitals. The solution would be loose pants and sitting on a swinging, two-part saddle chair, which would greatly improve reproductive health (sperm quality and testosterone levels!).

In 2022, Prof. Shanna Sawn expressed concern about this phenomenon in her book “Count Down.” Men’s sperm count has plummeted from over 200 million in the 1960s to below 40 million per milliliter today. About 20% of men now have a count below 15 million, making conception generally difficult. Women also face fertility issues due to physical or psychological reproductive health reasons, in addition to men.

According to Sawn, men with a sperm count below 15 million per milliliter generally have significantly poorer health. Their risk of hospitalization is 60% higher compared to men with over 40 million sperm count.

The main cause is the decline in overall male and female health, not family planning.

As part of this phenomenon, we also observe a sharp decrease in romance and healthy sexuality when we look around and compare observations with the behavior of young people in previous decades when sexual activity was at a different level.

In countries with low birth rates like Korea and Japan, healthy interest in sex among those aged 18-35 has dropped alarmingly to less than half the population. It is logical to conclude that the disappearance of sexual interest also has a strong connection to mental health.
