What kind of ergonomics for home?

Constant switching between bad positions is clearly a worse option than consistently good posture, that includes also small micro-motion that activates fluid flows.

This is accomplished by sitting at an adjustable table on a two-part saddle chair that has a small recess under the thighs that does not stop fluid circulation in the lower extremities, as a convex design does.

Normal round-backed sitting is sure to collapse the body’s fluid circulation, cause discomfort, and degrade the structures on the lower back in the long run.

Good ergonomics are defined as: maximum micro- and macro-level fluid flow (blood and lymph) even in the smallest tissues, as well as standing and movement appropriately.

The wise ergonomic way of working remotely includes uncompressed clothing, with appropriate movement (standing, walking stairs, using small exercise equipment) and breaks.

It is important to keep the laptop in a rack at eye level, or to use a set of 2-3 monitors (or a curved large monitor) that can be used to make several documents open at the same time.

The recess of the table and the elbow pads relax the shoulders and thus increase blood flow to the brain, boosting their function and reducing brain fog.
