Why don’t we get enough sleep?

07.09.2018

It is almost always our own bad habits that cause sleeping problems, but there are two other things that people tend to ignore.

First, too low iron levels (Hb, S-ferrite and trans- fer). Due to low-quality nutrition, poor nutrient absorption, or abundant menstruation, a huge number of people have too low iron levels.

The second factor is the secretive earth radiation field under the bed. The grounding of the bedroom can be done with a 2 mm copper wire that goes around the edges of the bed, or under the baseboard, and is led to a grounding point, ie concrete, a metallic water pipe or a grounded outlet.

The biggest reason for not sleeping well, however, is spending too much time in front of a screen, because its blue light, together with strong emotions from entertainment, confuse our sympathetic nervous system. We sleep badly and the quality of sleep is poor, even though we might sleep long enough.

We should also begin to mold the society in such a way that going to bed early would be trendy. Events should not last so late, people should not become dependent on mobile phones, and parents should be motivated to put their children to bed early.
