Why there is so much corona in the USA

There are many reasons in the United States that expose people to be infected with the covid19 virus. Low levels of vitamin D because it is taken by extremely few people as a supplement and, due to e.g. body shame, a very small proportion of people sunbathe. Dark-skinned people in particular often have a higher risk in this regard due to the high melanin content of their skin, which inhibits vitamin D synthesis.

Almost every adult is overweight, which is a major risk factor, and so are also silent inflammation and high blood pressure. Both expose effectively. In this junk food wonderland, malnutrition, and lack of fiber, affect a large part of the population, which also weakens the immune response.

Very few Americans actively engage in exercise that enhances immune-response, especially at the lower end of the socioeconomic scale, where most infections also occur. The busy pace of life, internet addiction, junk entertainment, etc. factors, we are also familiar with, impair the quality of sleep and thus immunity.

In addition to immobility, the country has a poor work ergonomics culture and awareness. Sitting with your back rounded at a fixed-height (and often wrong height) table and wrongly adjusted screens for long periods of time effectively stop the microfluidic circulation, especially if the person is overweight. This impairs the immune response and defense and increases inflammation.

In the U.S., working on a swinging two-part saddle chair while sitting at an easily adjustable table that has a recess and elbow-pads, standing, and moving is an ideal utopia that only a few have understood to embrace.
