My working days have always been largely spent in front of a computer screen. Years ago, neck pain, which was the sum of many factors, began to become a problem. Due to existing neck problems, I started using a saddle chair, Salli Nature Swing, as my office chair for the first time at my previous job. After getting used to it, the saddle chair and an electric table turned out to be the best possible combination. In a short time, both all neck problems and general numbness due to sitting disappeared. Several years went without back problems, until covid-19 hit and work moved to home office, which lacked these luxuries. The time spent at the home office quickly brought back the neck pain.
In the early days of the pandemic, I changed jobs and acquiring a Salli was a matter of course. However, it took me a year before I got round to getting Salli Nature SwingFit. Although I knew how to watch out for poor work ergonomics, that year showed that I missed the work ergonomics a saddle chair provides. An electric desk and a high quality saddle chair that will serve for years are definitely the best purchases for the office.
So why Salli Nature SwingFit? I have tried different saddle chairs over the years, but so far I have not found a more suitable model for myself than Salli. I like the surface of the Nature’s seat, which has a pleasant feel and appearance. The swing mechanism is essential, because one always moves a little at the workstation and the chair follows your movements. The Fit function, on the other hand, brings little adjustability.

My neck was very stiff and my feet hurt after sitting in front of my work desk for a long time. So, when I had the chance to try Salli Saddle Chair I seized the opportunity. First I had Salli MultiAdjuster in my home office, because I already had a height-adjustable table there. At the moment I have also Salli SwingFit at work. I prefer Salli SwingFit because of the slightly moving seat, it is very comfortable when I for example want to take a file from a bottom self. Salli chair lives up to its promise. The condition of my neck muscles, my posture and the circulation in my feet have all improved. It takes a few weeks to get used to Salli, but I can warmly recommend trying it.
